The Beverage Air SPED60HC-12M-2 prep table has a stainless and galvanized steel exterior that is heavy duty and resistant to minor damage. Its aluminum interior resists corrosion. With its open compartment, the cabinet holds 12 sixth-size pans that are made of polycarbonate for strength. It is easy to prep ingredients or dishes thanks to the polyurethane cutting board that can be easily removed for cleanup.

The two front drawers provide additional storage for toppings and hold pans up to 6 inches deep. They feature stainless steel frames supported by telescoping slides. Since these slides have a locking mechanism, they prevent the drawer from being pulled out of the cabinet. In the door compartment, there are two shelves made of steel wire with a corrosion-resistant epoxy coating.

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-12M-2 prep table uses recirculated, forced air to evenly distribute the cold temperatures that are provided by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its evaporator coil features an epoxy coating that resists corrosion. For maintenance, the system can be easily accessed from the back of the unit.
