Beverage-Air SPED60HC-12M-4 60" Hydrocarbon Series Mega Top Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-12M-4 prep table is mostly constructed of stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance. The interior is made of aluminum to prevent corrosion. To store toppings and keep them cool, there is a cutout in the top of the unit that holds 12 sixth-size polycarbonate pans. A polyethylene cutting board runs along the front to act as a place to slide dishes down to add toppings.

Four drawers in the front hold sixth-size pans up to 6 inches deep. Their stainless steel frames are supported by slides with a telescoping design. The slides have a locking mechanism to keep the drawers from accidentally being pulled out of the cabinet. They have durable handles made of painted aluminum.

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-12M-4 prep table has a rear-mounted refrigerated system that can be easily accessed through the back for maintenance. Eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used to provide cool temperatures. The evaporator uses forced air under pans to evenly circulate cold temperatures. An epoxy coating on the evaporator coil resists corrosion.
