The Beverage Air SPED60HC-16-2 Elite Series® prep table has a stainless steel exterior and an interior lined with aluminum, which resists corrosion from spills. Its top food pan storage area is furnished with 16 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep food pans, and its 10-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board leaves space for sandwiches and salads. Two of the 6-inch casters have locks to secure the unit in place.

A field-reversible door self closes and stays open past 120 degrees for open access to the refrigerated base. A magnetic gasket snaps into place to prevent cold air from escaping. The Beverage Air SPED60HC-16-2 prep tablea€™s two drawers are set on telescoping slides and secured with a locking mechanism, preventing them from being pulled out. Both the drawers and the door have aluminum handles that are recessed to save aisle space, and both interior shelves are treated to prevent corrosion.
