The Beverage Air SPED60HC-16-4 prep table protects toppings in the countertop cutout from contaminants thanks to the stainless steel hood and lid. It can hold 16 sixth-size pans for tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and more. A polyethylene cutting board runs along the length of the unit and can be easily removed for cleaning.

Constructed of stainless and galvanized steel, the exterior is heavy duty and resistant to minor damage. Corrosion is resisted in the cabinet thanks to its aluminum construction. Additional toppings can be stored in the four drawers until the top compartment is empty. The drawers have stainless steel frames with telescoping slides. Accidental removal of drawers is prevented by the locking mechanism.

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-16-4 prep table uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to provide cold temperatures. Its evaporator forces air below pans, in the drawers, and throughout the entire cabinet, ensuring products stay cold. Its evaporator coil has an epoxy coating that resists corrosion. Since the refrigeration system is mounted in the rear, it can be serviced easily.
