The Beverage Air SPED60HC-16C-4 prep table is mostly constructed of stainless steel with an exterior galvanized steel bottom and back. The interior is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum. Made of polycarbonate, 16 sixth-size food pans sit in the countertop cutout to hold toppings. Pans up to 6 inches deep also fit in the front drawer compartments. They have sturdy stainless steel frames that are supported by telescoping slides.

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-16C-4 prep table has a durable polyethylene cutting board for preparing food and can be easily removed for cleanup. Eco-friendly R290 refrigerant is used to maintain cold temperatures. Air from the evaporator is forced beneath pans to evenly cool the products. The evaporator coil has an epoxy coating to resist corrosion. Since the refrigeration system is mounted in the rear, the cabinet can be easily serviced through the back.
