The Beverage Air SPED60HC-18M-2 prep table has a top cutout that holds 18 sixth-size pans where toppings are stored. Food in the pans is protected from contaminants by a stainless steel, insulated hood. Two pull-out drawers in the base of the unit hold 6-inch-deep pans, and the stainless steel drawer frames are supported by telescoping slides. Locking the slides prevents the drawers from being accidentally pulled out of place. The single cabinet compartment has a self-closing door that can be left open past 120 degrees to load and unload the compartment. Pizzas, sandwiches, and salads can be topped and prepared on the removable polyethylene cutting board.

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-18M-2 prep table has heavy-duty stainless steel top, sides, front, door, drawers, and grille. The bottom and back are constructed of rugged galvanized steel for strength. Inside the cabinet, an aluminum lining resists corrosion and is easy to clean. The evaporator ensures product is chilled by forcing air around the pans in the top section. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is environmentally friendly and used to maintain cold temperatures. The refrigeration system is mounted in the rear of the cabinet to prevent damage from floor debris, spills, and other equipment.
