The Beverage Air SPED60HC-24M-2 prep table has a stainless galvanized steel exterior that resists dents, scratches, and more. The 10-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board is strong and durable. There are two cutouts in the top to hold 24 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans. They are made of polycarbonate for stain and odor resistance. Stainless steel hoods above the cutouts prevent contaminants from reaching food and seal in cold air. The pans are evenly cooled from below by forced air from the evaporator. Its refrigeration system is mounted in the rear and has a self-contained design that is simple to install and service. Eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains cold temperatures.

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-24M-2 prep table holds 6-inch-deep pans in the two pull-out drawers. They have stainless steel frames that withstand dents, scratches, and regular use. Telescoping slides support the frames and can lock to prevent the drawers from being removed from the cabinet. The door in the cabinet base has a self-closing feature to retain cold air, and it stays open past 120 degrees angle to easily load and unload product.
