Beverage-Air SPED60HC-24M-4 60" Hydrocarbon Series Mega Top Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-24M-4 prep table has a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom. Its interior is lined with corrosion-resistant aluminum that is easily cleaned. A polyethylene cutting board on the front of the unit can be removed for cleaning and used to prepare ingredients. There are two sections on the top of the cabinet that hold 24 sixth-size pans full of toppings for pizza, salad, and sandwiches. Two stainless steel hood and lid assemblies cover the pans to protect them from airborne contamination.

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-24M-4 prep table has four drawers in the base that have stainless steel frames with telescoping slides. These slides lock to avoid accidentally pulling the drawers out of place. Product is evenly chilled with a forced-air system. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit is able to maintain cool temperatures.
