The Beverage Air SPED72HC-08-4 prep table has a stainless steel exterior that is easy to clean and heavy duty for regular use. Corrosion is resisted in the interior due to its aluminum lining. Its self-contained refrigeration system is mounted in the rear, keeping it safe from spills and floor debris. The system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to provide cool temperatures. The top compartment holds the eight sixth-size, 6-inch-deep pans. Product can be prepared on the durable polyethylene cutting board. The Beverage Air SPED72HC-08-4 prep table features four pull-out drawer compartments to hold additional toppings in 6-inch-deep sixth-size pans. Additional refrigerated storage is provided by the door compartment.
