The Beverage Air SPED72HC-08C-2 prep table has a rear-mounted refrigeration system that enables the unit to be placed next to walls and equipment without blocking its airflow. Its self-contained refrigeration system design is easy to service since all the components are built together. The system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to provide cool temperatures. The eight sixth-sized pans fit into the top cutout and measure 4 inches deep. On the front of the unit, there are two door compartments that can be used to store produce, meat, cheese, and more. Two pull-out drawers on the front accept 6-inch-deep pans to store extra toppings. The 17-inch-deep, polyethylene cutting board provides a wide platform for preparing toppings and main dishes. The Beverage Air SPED72HC-08C-2 prep table has a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and corrosion-resistant interior.
