The Beverage Air SPED72HC-10-4 prep table has 10 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans in its countertop compartment to hold toppings. To easily prepare these toppings, a polyethylene cutting board is built into the front of the unit. Pans fit in the four pull-out drawers in the front to replace the ones in the top cutout when toppings run out. Product can be stored in the cabinet door section for easy access.

Its rear-mounted refrigeration system enables the unit to be operated next to equipment or walls without hindering the airflow. Since the system has a self-contained refrigeration system, it is easy to maintain and install. Corrosion on the interior is prevented with its aluminum construction, while the exterior of the Beverage Air SPED72HC-10-4 prep table is made of stainless steel for strength.
