The Beverage Air SPED72HC-10C-6 prep table holds 10 sixth-size pans in the countertop cutout. Toppings for product are held in these pans, and the six pull-out drawers accommodate 6-inch-deep pans that can replace the ones in the top when the toppings are used. A 17-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board is the perfect area for cutting ingredients and preparing full dishes.

Products are kept cool by the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its self-contained refrigeration system is easy to maintain since all the components are built together. Its refrigeration system is rear mounted, enabling the unit to sit next to equipment or walls without it inhibiting airflow. The Beverage Air SPED72HC-10C-6 prep table has a stainless steel exterior to resist moderate damage from commercial use. Its aluminum interior is durable and corrosion resistant.
