The Beverage Air SPED72HC-12M-2 prep table accommodates six sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans and two half-size, 4-inch-deep pans in its top cutout. These pans come with the unit, but it can also hold pans with a 6-inch depth. There are two drawer compartments, which can also store 6-inch-deep pans. Additional storage space is available in the two door compartments. The cabinet has a durable stainless steel exterior with an aluminum interior construction, making the unit heavy duty and corrosion resistant. Its 10-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board is removable for cleanup. The Beverage Air SPED72HC-12M-2 prep table has a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system that is easy to install and service.
