The Beverage Air SPED72HC-12M-4 prep table holds ingredients for salads and sandwiches in the top opening that accommodates 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans. To keep the product at safe temperatures, forced air from the evaporator moves under the pans. A stainless steel hood and lid assembly keep contaminants out of the pans while retaining cold air. Prepping and finishing products is simple since there is a 10-inch cutting board, which can be removed to simplify cleanup.

The Beverage Air SPED72HC-12M-4 prep tablea€™s refrigeration system uses hydrocarbon refrigerant for cooling; this type of refrigerant saves energy compared to traditional refrigerants. There are four drawers and one door compartment to provide additional storage space. The drawers have stainless steel frames and locking slides to keep them from being accidentally removed from the cabinet. Its door compartment comes with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves to hold items. The door is self-closing and has a stay-open feature past 120-degrees for loading and unloading.
