The Beverage Air SPED72HC-18-4 prep table has two compartments on top for holding 18 sixth-size pans measuring 4 inches in depth. The pans that are included are made of polycarbonate for durability and break resistance. Items in the pans are protected from temperature loss and contamination by the stainless steel hood and lid assembly. The 10-inch cutting board that spans the width of the unit is constructed of impact-resistant polyethylene and is removable for easy cleaning. The unita€™s exterior is made of heavyweight stainless steel with a strong galvanized steel back and bottom.

Cold temperatures are provided by the eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The rear-mounted design keeps the refrigeration system safe from most dust and floor debris. Its evaporator coil is coated with epoxy to resist corrosion. The Beverage Air SPED72HC-18-4 prep table has four pull-out drawer compartments and a door compartment to offer additional storage. Pans measuring 6 inches deep fit inside the drawers. There are two wire shelves in the door compartment with an epoxy coating, which resist corrosion for added durability. The door is self-closing to prevent cold air leaks from leaving the door ajar. Its stay-open design enables the door to remain open past 120 degrees, freeing up hands for easy product loading and unloading.
