The Beverage Air SPED72HC-18-6 prep table has two countertop openings that hold 18 sixth-size pans measuring 4 inches deep. The included pans fit perfectly and are made of durable polycarbonate. Ingredients in the pans are protected from contamination by the stainless steel hood and lid assembly, which also work to insulate the compartment for cold air retention. Products can be prepared or dressed on the 10-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board. The board is easy to remove, so the prep station can be thoroughly cleaned. Its exterior is made of heavy-duty stainless steel with galvanized steel on its back and bottom, making it great for use in commercial establishments. The interior is lined in aluminum to resist harmful corrosion.

Since the refrigeration system in the Beverage Air SPED72HC-18-6 prep table is self-contained, it is easy to install and service. With this system, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used to cool the interior. There are six drawer compartments in the front for holding 6-inch-deep pans. These drawers have heavy-duty stainless steel frames supported by telescoping slides. The slides lock to keep the drawers from being accidentally pulled out of their place in the cabinet.
