The Beverage Air SPED72HC-18M-2 prep table holds 18 sixth-size pans measuring 4 inches deep in its top opening. Forced air from the evaporator evenly cools the pans from below, so the ingredients stored inside are kept at safe temperatures. Hood and lid assembly made of stainless steel function to keep contaminants out and retain cold air. Its 10-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board provides a place for prepping ingredients, and it can be removed to assist cleaning.

The Beverage Air SPED72HC-18M-2 prep table has two drawers to hold 6-inch-deep pans. The drawers have strong stainless steel frames. Its frames are supported by telescoping slides that lock to keep the drawers from being pulled out of place by accident. The door compartments each have two rugged steel wire shelves with corrosion-resistant epoxy coating. The door is self-closing and can be propped open at a 120-degree angle for product loading and unloading. The refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is safer for the environment than traditional refrigerants. The rear-mounted design protects the refrigeration system from damage from floor debris. Since the system breathes through the back, the unit is suited for operation with equipment or walls to its right and left.
