Since the refrigeration system is mounted in the back, it can be installed next to other equipment without affecting airflow. For ideal energy efficiency, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant cools temperatures. The Beverage Air SPED72HC-18M-4 prep table has a polyethylene cutting board that is sturdy and removable to simplify cleaning.
