The Beverage Air SPED72HC-24M-2 prep table has a damage-resistant exterior with stainless steel sides, top, front, and grille, and the bottom and back are made of galvanized steel. It has an aluminum interior liner that resists corrosion. There are two openings in the top that hold 24 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans. There are two pull-out drawers in the cabinet base that also hold sixth-size pans that are 6 inches deep. Toppings can be prepared on the polyethylene cutting board, which is removable for cleaning.

The Beverage Air SPED72HC-24M-2 prep table features two door compartments in the front that each have an epoxy-coated steel wire shelf to hold stored product. These doors can be reversed in the field to accommodate your workflow and are removable for cleaning and replacing. They have a self-closing design to prevent cold air from being released. The doors stay open past 120 degrees, allowing you to load and unload product easily.
