The Beverage Air SPED72HC-24M-4 prep table can hold a total of 24 sixth-size, 6-inch-deep pans in the top cutouts. Sixth-size pans can also be stored in the four drawers that are sold separately. Its stainless steel and galvanized steel exterior construction withstands commercial use and minor damage. The removable hoods and lid assemblies, constructed of stainless steel, provides protection against contamination. The aluminum lining inside the cabinet is corrosion resistant and easy to clean. A polyethylene cutting board can be used as an area to plate final dishes and prepare toppings to be stored in the cabinet.

Products are evenly cooled with the forced air system, ensuring product is kept in the safe temperature zone. Cold temperatures are maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The rear-mounted design allows the cabinet to be installed next to walls or equipment without blocking air intake.

The Beverage Air SPED72HC-24M-4 prep table has a door compartment with two epoxy-coated shelves that hold blocks of cheese, meat, and produce. The door is removable and is field reversible to accommodate your needs. Cold air is kept inside the cabinet with the self-closing design on the door. It stays open past 120 degrees to make loading and unloading product simple. Its four pull-out drawers have stainless steel frames for strength and locking slides to prevent drawers being pulled out of the unit.
