The Beverage Air SPED72HC-30M-4 prep table has an exterior made of stainless steel and an interior lined with aluminum. Four 6-inch casters supply movement, while two brakes secure the table in place. It has one self-closing door that opens for full access to the cabinet and four drawers that hold food pans as deep as 6 inches. Two epoxy-coated shelves sit inside the cabinet to support product. The Beverage Air SPED72HC-30M-4 prep table comes with 30 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep food pans. An included 10-inch-wide cutting board can be removed for cleaning and provides a space for prepping sandwiches and salads.
