The Beverage Air SPED72HC-30M-6 prep table has two cutouts in the top that hold 30 sixth-size pans. Stainless steel hood and lid assemblies protect the cutouts from contamination and keep cold air over the pans. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel with a galvanized steel bottom and back to withstand scratches, dents, and more.

A polyethylene cutting board provides a place to prepare food such as pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. The six pull-out drawers provide additional space to store 6-inch deep pans that can be exchanged when toppings run out. The drawers have stainless steel frames and locking slides to keep them from being pulled out of the cabinet.

The Beverage Air SPED72HC-30M-6 prep table has a forced air system that ensures cold temperatures are evenly circulated throughout the cabinet. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain chilly temperatures. The refrigeration system is rear mounted for simple access. The interior has an aluminum lining to resist corrosion.
