Furthermore, its doors can be rehinged for placement against a wall on either side. For mobility, the unit is mounted on casters, providing access to the rear of the unit.

This Continental Refrigerator SW60N24M-FB prep table maintains constant temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit in both its base and top compartment. The top is largea'¬a€accommodating 24 sixth-size pansa'¬a€and works great for operations with large sandwich menus. Spanning the full length of the unit, the 10-inch-deep cutting board provides a continuous prep area where foods can be moved as they are prepared. For cleaning, the cutting board is made of white nylon, and the top compartment comes with removable tubs to contain messes. Additional ingredients can be stored on shelves in the base, so they can be accessed when needed.
