The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system in the Continental Refrigeration SW60N24M-FB-D prep table keeps temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, which is adjustable with electronic controls. If the temperature changes without indication, a high/low alarm alerts nearby staff of maintenance needs. This unit's expansion valve system offers quick temperature recovery and its condensate evaporator removes water buildup automatically. To resist corrosion with consistent wet use, the evaporator's coil is plasticized.

The Continental Refrigeration SW60N24M-FB-D sandwich prep table is built for durability with a stainless steel top, end panels, and front, and an aluminum back and interior. Its Mighty Top includes a 10-inch-deep nylon cutting board for slicing meats, vegetables, and cheeses, and 24 food pans to store these ingredients in a convenient location. The drawers have a magnetic gasket that provides a tight seal to reduce the risk of air loss, while the lid and cabinet are insulated with polyurethane foam.
