The Continental SW60N24M-HGL-FB-D 60-inch Mighty Top sandwich and salad prep table is designed for efficient ingredient storage and preparation in commercial kitchens. The 8-inch-deep nylon cutting board offers a dedicated workspace for assembling sandwiches, salads, and other menu items. Beneath its energy-efficient hinged glass lid, the refrigerated top holds (24) 1/6-size pans, up to 4 inches deep, keeping ingredients chilled and within reach during service. To ease maintenance between busy shifts, this unit has a removable tub underneath the food pans to catch any food debris.

Built for durability and consistent performance, the Continental SW60N24M-HGL-FB-D sandwich prep table features a stainless steel top, front, and end panels, paired with an aluminum interior that resists wear. Four smooth-gliding drawers accommodate (1) 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan each (not included), while 2-inch, non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation ensures temperatures remain stable between 33a'¬a€œ41 degrees Fahrenheit. Magnetic Santoprene® gaskets create a secure seal, and heavy-duty 3 3/4-inch casters enhance mobility for cleaning and repositioning.
