The refrigerated top holds (8) 1/6-size pans, up to 4 inches deep, keeping fresh ingredients conveniently organized and chilled for quick access. Its two field-rehingeable doors are ideal for adapting to various kitchen layouts and providing easy access to refrigerated storage.

Built to withstand demanding kitchen environments, the Continental SW60N8 60-inch sandwich and salad prep table is constructed of stainless steel top, front, and end panels for long-term durability. The aluminum interior, insulated with 2-inch, non-CFC polyurethane foam, ensures consistent temperature retention between 33a'¬a€œ41 degrees Fahrenheit. Spring-loaded, self-closing doors minimize energy loss, while magnetic Santoprene® gaskets create an airtight seal. This unit sits atop heavy-duty 5-inch casters for mobility, has a fully enclosed and removable back panel to provide easy access to internal components for servicing, and has a removable interior tub below the food pans to simplify cleaning.
