The refrigerated top holds (8) 1/6-size pans, up to 4 inches deep, making it easy to keep ingredients fresh and within reach during preparation. The 12-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board offers a practical work surface for assembling sandwiches, salads, and more.

Built with a stainless steel top, front, and end panels, the Continental SW60N8-D prep table is designed for durability in commercial kitchens. Its aluminum interior is insulated with 2-inch, non-CFC polyurethane foam to maintain consistent temperatures between 33a'¬a€œ41 degrees Fahrenheit. Magnetic Santoprene® gaskets ensure a secure seal, and polished chrome drawer handles provide smooth operation. Heavy-duty 5-inch casters enhance mobility, while the fully enclosed, vented, and removable back panel simplifies maintenance and servicing.
