The Continental SW60N8-FB-D 60-inch sandwich and salad prep table features 3 3/4-inch casters that enhance mobility, making it simple to reposition or clean in busy kitchen settings. This unit includes a 12-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board, providing ample space for food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches and salads. Its refrigerated top holds (8) 1/6-size pans, up to 4 inches deep, ensuring ingredients are kept organized and within easy reach during service. Four roll-out drawers below accommodate (1) 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan each (supplied separately) for additional cold storage.

With a stainless steel top, front, and end panels, the Continental SW60N8-FB-D prep table is designed to withstand the wear and tear of commercial kitchens. The aluminum interior is insulated with 2-inch, non-CFC polyurethane foam to maintain a consistent temperature range of 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Magnetic Santoprene® gaskets provide an airtight seal, while polished chrome drawer handles offer smooth usability. The fully enclosed, vented, and removable back panel simplifies maintenance, ensuring long-lasting performance in high-demand environments.
