The Continental SW60N8C 60-inch sandwich and salad prep table is equipped with two field-rehingeable solid doors, offering flexible access to its storage compartments. Its refrigerated top is designed to hold (8) 1/6-size pans, up to 4 inches deep, keeping ingredients readily accessible during preparation. A 19-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board spans the unit, providing ample space for assembling sandwiches, salads, and other menu items.

Featuring a durable stainless steel top, front, and end panels, the Continental SW60N8C sandwich and salad prep table is engineered to withstand high-demand commercial environments. Its aluminum interior, combined with 2-inch, non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation, helps maintain temperatures between 33a'¬a€œ41 degrees Fahrenheit. Magnetic Santoprene® door gaskets ensure a tight seal, while spring-loaded, self-closing doors minimize temperature loss. This unit has 5-in. casters so staff can easily maneuver it for transport and maintenance.
