The Continental SW60N8C-D 60-inch sandwich and salad prep table is designed for efficient ingredient storage and preparation. Its refrigerated top holds (8) 1/6-size pans, up to 4 inches deep, while the 19-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board provides ample space for meal assembly. Below the prep area, four stainless steel roll-out drawers offer additional refrigerated storage, each accommodating (1) 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan (supplied separately).

Engineered for durability, the Continental SW60N8C-D 60-inch sandwich and salad prep table features a stainless steel top, front, and end panels, combined with an aluminum interior for reliable performance in demanding kitchen environments. Heavy-duty 5-inch casters enable mobility, and the fully enclosed, vented, and removable back panel simplifies maintenance tasks. The 2-inch, non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation ensures consistent temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Magnetic Santoprene® gaskets create a secure seal, while polished chrome handles provide smooth drawer operation.
