The Continental SW60N8C-FB-D 60-inch sandwich and salad prep table features a 19-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board, designed to streamline meal preparation and ingredient assembly. The refrigerated top is configured to hold (8) 1/6-size pans, up to 4 inches deep, keeping fresh ingredients organized for quick access. Magnetic Santoprene® gaskets create a secure seal to retain cold air, while polished chrome drawer handles ensure smooth operation.

Heavy-duty 3 3/4-inch casters support mobility, making it easier to reposition or clean the Continental SW60N8C-FB-D sandwich prep table in busy kitchen environments. The stainless steel top, front, and end panels are crafted for durability and high-performance use. Below the prep surface, the unit includes four roll-out drawers, each capable of storing (1) 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan (supplied separately), for additional refrigerated storage. Its aluminum interior is insulated with 2-inch, non-CFC polyurethane foam to maintain reliable temperature control between 33a'¬a€œ41 degrees Fahrenheit. The fully enclosed, vented, and removable back panel facilitates maintenance, further enhancing its reliability.
