The Continental Refrigeration SW72N12 sandwich prep table has a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and users can monitor this number on the digital display or adjust it using electronic controls. If something goes wrong and staff don't notice it, an alarm sounds to alert nearby persons of the temperature change. To minimize cold air loss, the cabinet and lid are insulated with polyurethane, and the three doors self-close and seal shut with magnetic, snap-in gaskets. Built to handle commercial applications, this refrigerator is made of aluminum and stainless steel.

The 12 sixth-size food pans included with the Continental Refrigeration SW72N12 prep table are great for holding sandwich and salad ingredients. It includes a cutting board to slice meats, vegetables, and cheese for serving, and an additional 29³/₈-inch worktop on the right to prepare dishes. To store unused ingredients, the cabinet has three heavy-duty steel shelves, which are epoxy coated to resist corrosion, bending, and breaking.
