This unit features six roll-out drawers that accommodate (1) 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch pan or a combination of 1 half-size by 6-inch and 1 third-size by 6-inch pans per drawer (supplied separately). Its top compartment holds 12 sixth-size pans, each up to 4 inches deep, and includes a 12-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board, offering a practical workspace for efficient food assembly. The stainless steel top, front, and end panels provide durability and a polished, professional appearance.

With 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation, the Continental SW72N12-D prep table reduces energy consumption and maintains optimal cooling performance. Its Santoprene® magnetic gaskets provide a tight seal, while the polished chrome handles allow for smooth drawer operation. This unit is equipped with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes 5-inch casters for maneuverability in kitchen environments.
