Featuring a self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental SW72N12-FB prep table maintains consistent pan temperatures with its insulated lid and aluminum interior lined with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam. This unit uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. The Santoprene® magnetic gaskets create a tight seal, while spring-loaded, self-closing doors minimize temperature loss. Three heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves ensure stability, and a removable interior tub beneath the pans simplifies cleanup.
