It holds 12 sixth-size pans, each up to 4 inches deep, and includes a 12-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board, creating a practical surface for food preparation. The top, front, and end panels are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and a professional appearance.

Engineered for consistent temperature maintenance, the Continental SW72N12-FB-D prep table includes an insulated lid and an aluminum interior lined with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation. Santoprene® magnetic gaskets create a secure seal, while polished chrome handles provide smooth drawer operation. This unit is equipped with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system and eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, along with 3³/₄-inch casters for mobility in fast-paced kitchen environments.
