Designed with a 19-inch-deep cutting board, the Continental SW72N12C-FB-D sandwich and salad prep table provides ample workspace for food assembly in commercial kitchens. This unit accommodates 12 sixth-size pans, each up to 4 inches deep, and features six roll-out drawers that can hold (1) 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch pan or a combination of 1 half-size by 6-inch and 1 third-size by 6-inch pans per drawer (supplied separately). The top, front, and end panels are constructed of stainless steel, ensuring durability and a polished, professional appearance.

The Continental SW72N12C-FB-D prep table is equipped with 3³/₄-inch casters for mobility and includes a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system to maintain consistent temperatures. Its insulated lid and aluminum interior, lined with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation, ensure reliable cooling performance. The Santoprene® magnetic gaskets provide a secure seal, while polished chrome drawer handles facilitate smooth operation.
