Continental SW72N18-D 72" Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental Refrigeration SW72N18-D sandwich prep unit has 18 food pans to store olives, pepperoni, peppers, and other common ingredients in a convenient place. It comes with a 12-inch-deep nylon cutting board so users can slice meats and cheeses before placing them on a sandwich or in a salad. The cabinet is cooled by R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and maintains temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, so ingredients that aren't used can be stored below within reach. Electronic controls enable users to change this temperature.

This Continental Refrigeration SW72N18-D prep table has six drawers that roll out to reveal three separate sections. Each drawer is fitted with a smooth chrome handle and a magnetic gasket that seals them shut to prevent cold air from escaping the cabinet. If maintenance is needed, the compressor is in the back for convenient access, and a high/low alarm informs users if the temperature changes without user adjustment.
