It holds 18 sixth-size pans, each up to 4 inches deep, and includes a 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board, offering an expansive workspace for food assembly. The top, front, and end panels are crafted of stainless steel, ensuring durability and a polished, professional look.

To maintain consistent pan temperatures, the Continental SW72N18C-D sandwich and salad prep table features insulated lids and an aluminum interior insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam. Santoprene® magnetic gaskets provide a secure seal, while smooth, polished chrome handles ensure easy drawer operation. Heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves enhance stability, and a removable interior tub beneath the pans simplifies cleaning. Designed for mobility, this unit includes 5-inch casters and a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
