Featuring six roll-out drawers, the Continental SW72N18C-FB-D 72-inch-wide sandwich and salad prep table accommodates (1) 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch pan or a combination of 1 half-size by 6-inch and 1 third-size by 6-inch pans per drawer (supplied separately). It holds 18 sixth-size pans, each up to 4 inches deep, and includes a 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board to provide an expansive workspace. The top, front, and end panels are made of stainless steel, offering durability and a polished, professional appearance.

Designed to maintain consistent temperatures for optimal ingredient freshness, the Continental SW72N18C-FB-D prep table includes insulated lids and an aluminum interior lined with 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation. The Santoprene® magnetic gaskets establish an airtight seal, while smooth, polished chrome handles ensure easy operation of the drawers. Equipped with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system and front-breathing configuration, this unit uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is mounted on 3³/₄-inch casters for enhanced mobility.
