The Continental SW72N24M-FB-D prep table includes insulated lids to maintain pan temperatures and an interior tub beneath the pans that can be removed for cleaning. Its aluminum interior is insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam, ensuring reliable cold storage. Santoprene® magnetic drawer gaskets create a secure seal, while polished chrome handles offer smooth operation.
