Hoshizaki PR67A-D2 Steelheart 67" Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v
Designed for pizza prep, the Hoshizaki PR67A-D2 Steelheart pizza prep table has a rail section that holds nine third-size pans and an extra-deep cutting board for large pies. This rail section has an air-duct system that uniformly distributes cold air for even cooling. In the base section, additional storage space houses more pans; it has two drawers and a cabinet section. Each drawer accommodates two 12-inch by 20-inch pans and the cabinet has two adjustable shelves. The drawers and door have flush-mounted handles to save aisle space, and the removable gasket keeps cold air inside the storage area.
Taking air in and exhausting it from the front, the Hoshizaki PR67A-D2 refrigerated prep unit can be installed next to other equipment without a clearance. It has a self-contained refrigeration system and uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Operators can control the unit on the digital solid-state system and monitor the levels on the LED display. If the temperature gets too high or low, alarms notify nearby employees.
