Great for pizza prepping, the Hoshizaki PR67A-D4 Steelheart prep table has a large pan rail to hold ingredients and a wide cutting board for large pies. This unit comes with nine third-size pans for the top section, which is cooled evenly by an air-duct system. Additional ingredients can be stored in the refrigerated base, which has four drawers that each hold two full-size pans. These drawers are made of stainless steel to support heavy loads without bending or warping. The drawer gasket retains cold air to maintain safe temperatures and the handles are flush mounted to save aisle space.

The digital control system of this Hoshizaki PR67A-D4 refrigerated prep unit has an LED display that can show the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Its refrigeration system is self-contained and breathes from the front for no-clearance placement against other equipment and cabinets. This system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cold temperatures and is more eco-friendly than traditional options.
