To optimize production, the Hoshizaki PR67B-D4 Steelheart pizza prep table's top compartment holds ingredients for swift assembly while additional food can be stored within the refrigerated base. The base has four drawers, each of which accommodate two full-size food pans. The drawers, exterior panels, and interior panels are made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and for mobilization when needed, this table is mounted on 6-inch casters.

The Hoshizaki PR67B-D4 pizza prep table cools with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which keeps the rail temperature between 16 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit and cabin temperature between 28 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To maintain consistent temperatures, this unit includes a digital display, temperature alarms, and 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation. Because the table is designed for front-breathing air flow, operators can place this unit in a corner without worrying about rear ventilation space.
