This prep table is equipped with a solid hinged door that's accessible through a recessed aluminum handle. Past a 90-degree angle, the door remains open so food pans can be removed without hassle. The cabinet's 9.9-cubic-foot interior holds one epoxy-coated shelf. Shelf supports allow this shelf to be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments, which is great for consistently rotating inventory. For proper temperature retention, the cabinet and doors are insulated with high-density polyurethane. Meanwhile, the exterior front, sides, back, and floor provide a durable stainless steel construction for structural longevity.
