Ideal for storing cold ingredients, the Hoshizaki SR48B-12D2 prep table is equipped with two sections€”the first section features two refrigerated drawers and the second section is a refrigerated cabinet. The drawers are great for accommodating a variety of pan configurations, as the top drawer can fit a full-size pan placed longways (not included). The cabinet section can be opened using the recessed aluminum handle on the solid door, and when opened over a 90-degree angle, it remains open for simple stocking on the epoxy-coated shelf. The door's spring-assisted, self-closing design ensures the unit doesn't lose cold air, while the cabinet, drawers, and door are foamed in with high-density polyurethane to lock in the chill.

This prep table features a stainless steel cover that's hinged, shielding or offering access to the pans below when needed. This unit ships with a total of 12 pans, which is great for holding most produce and cold-cut deli meats at a comfortable arm's reach. The ¹/₂-inch-thick cutting board offers a comfortable workspace to make customizable subs or salads. For a sturdy, heavy-duty design, this structure is made of stainless steel. Mounted on 6-inch casters, this unit can be moved into place within a kitchen space.
