True TFP-48-18M-FGLID-HC 48" Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

This True TFP-48-18M-FGLID-HC prep table has a stainless steel top, front, and ends with a GalFan-coated steel back to resist dents and corrosion. Its interior is made of clear-coated aluminum and has a stainless steel floor with coved corners to simplify cleaning. The walls are foamed in place with polyurethane insulation to retain temperatures. 2¹/₂-inch-diameter castors are attached to the bottom to move the unit, and the front set locks for stability. The 8-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board runs the length of the unit to provide a space for food prep. This unit comes with 18 sixth-size food pans, and its heavy-duty glass lid keeps food fresh and chilled.

On the cabinet base, two stainless steel doors feature magnetic gaskets to prevent cold air from leaking out and 12-inch aluminum handles to facilitate opening. Inside, four PVC-coated wire shelves support product and can be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments. This True TFP-48-18M-FGLID-HC prep table uses R134A refrigerant in its capillary tube system to keep interior temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its condensing unit can be accessed from the back for cleaning and maintenance. The evaporator is coated with epoxy to resist corrosion.
