This True TSSU-48-15M-B-HC food prep table has a stainless steel exterior front, top, and ends with a GalFan-coated steel back. Its interior is made of clear-coated aluminum and has a stainless steel floor with coved corners for simple cleaning. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation keeps cold temperatures inside the cabinet. Both stainless steel doors have magnetic gaskets to create an airtight seal. Product is held by four PVC-coated shelves.

This True TSSU-48-15M-B-HC prep table has 5-inch-diameter castors for mobility, and the front set locks for safety. An 8⁷/₈-inch-deep cutting board provides space for preparing sandwiches, salads, and prep ingredients. This unit comes with 15 sixth-size food pans and the stainless steel lid and hood keep the top food pan area cold. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit in this prep table.

To keep the condensing coil clean, the fan motor reverses upon compressor start up to blow off dust, debris, and dirt. This 20-second feature along with routine maintenance helps extend the unit's life and produce improved product temperatures. An enviornmentally friendly unit, a clean condensing coil also ensured reduced energy consumption.
