True TSSU-72-18-HC 72" TSSU Series Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v
The factory-engineered refrigeration system in the True TSSU-72-18-HC food prep table has a self-contained capillary tube system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigeranta'A¬aa'¬Aa more environmentally friendly option than traditional alternatives. This energy-efficient, balanced design supplies guided airflow that provides uniform temperatures in the food pan rail and the cabinet interior. Accessible from the back of the cabinet, the condensing unit has a convenient, slide-out feature. Products are held by a forced-air design at a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, which operators can set and adjust to suit their application. When the compressor fan starts up, it's motor automatically reverses for 20 seconds to blow debris off the condenser coil. This improve system efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and prolongs the unit's lifespan. However, the self-cleaning doesn't take the place of routine preventative maintenance.
In the pan rail, this True TSSU-72-18-HC prep table has 18 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans that can hold ingredients for salads and sandwiches, and users can prepare meals on the full-length cutting board. Additional products can be stored in the cabinet base on six adjustable, corrosion-resistant shelves. Through its three doors, operators can access the aluminum-lined interior, which has a stainless steel floor that is quick to wipe down. These doors stay open past 90 degrees to ensure loading and unloading product is convenient.

Founded in 1948 by World War II veteran Bob Trulaske, True refrigeration got its start creating bottle coolers out of downtown St. Louis warehouse, but the brand has grown into one of the largest players in the global commercial refrigeration market. Known for reliable and sanitary commercial refrigerators, the family-owned business primarily creates refrigerators out of its O'Fallon, Mo., headquarters.
