In the top section of the Turbo Air JST-72-N prep table, 18 sixth-size pans hold ingredients that can be added to salads and sandwiches on the full-length cutting board. Additional pans can be stored in the cabinet base on three adjustable, coated shelves. Lighting in the cabinet base enhances visibility so that operators can find necessary ingredients.

Made of aluminum, the interior sides, door liners, and back can withstand heavy use, and the stainless steel floor facilitates the cleaning process. The Turbo Air JST-72-N prep table operates at temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Its R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is more environmentally friendly than traditional refrigerants.
