Turbo Air MST-72-30-N 73" M3 Series Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v
The Turbo Air MST-72-30-N sandwich prep table comes with 30 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep condiment pans in the top compartment. A forced-air system surrounds the pans in cold air to create a shield that maintains temperatures under 41 degrees Fahrenheit even when the covers are raised. This system ensures the cold air covers the top, bottom, front, and rear of the compartment, while most prep table systems only have air flow under the pans. A 91/2-inch-deep cutting board covers the width of the unit to provide a convenient area for prepping ingredients.
The cabinet is illuminated by LED lights to create product visibility. To accommodate a variety of items, there are three adjustable shelves in the Turbo Air MST-72-30-N salad prep table. Since the cabinet is isolated from the top compartment, spills from the pans will not make a mess in the cabinet. Cold temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit are maintained with the help of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
